Upgrading to Community Server 2.0 Beta 3
As the web viewers of my blog may have noticed, I have upgraded to Community Server 2.0 Beta 3, another fantastic release for Community Server from Telligent Systems. The upgrade process was very smooth as usual and the whole process took around 15 minutes.
This version works with both .NET versions (1.1 and 2.0 with slight modifications). My site is still running on v1.1 but I am planning to switch to v2.0 sometime in March. It will be followed by upgrading the database to SQL Server 2005.
This will allow me to make a better use of my Windows Mobile 5.0 device and I am looking forward to it :)
