MCAD/MCSD.NET to MCPD Upgrade Exams

Exams 70-551, 70-552, 70-553 and 70-554 are now released.

Existing MCADs and MCSDs (for .NET) can register for 70-551 and 70-552 to become MCPD: Web Developer and MCPD: Windows Developer respectively.

MCSDs (for .NET) can take both 70-553 and 70-554 to become MCPD: Enterprise Application Developer.

MCITP: Database Developer

I am now an MCITP: Database Developer and it is added to my existing MCITP: Database Administrator credential.

Just in case you have been waiting for the exams to be released, they are all live now (apart from MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer exams, which are expected to be released later in the year).

3 MCPD Exams Going Live - BizTalk Server 2006 Exam Going into Beta

You can take the following exams towards MCPD certification from Monday 15 May:

70-547 - PRO: Designing and Developing Web-Based Applications by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework

70-548 - PRO: Designing and Developing Windows-Based Applications by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework

70-549 - PRO: Designing and Developing Enterprise Applications by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework

If you are into BizTalk Server area and have received the promotion code (I haven't!) for BizTalk Server 2006 exam, you can now register for it. 70-235 will be in beta between 24 May and 6 June.

Update: The promotion code for 70-235 is TS235 and like any other beta exam, it is free of charge, as you are helping Microsoft in developing the exam before it goes live. (courtesy of Bryant Likes)
